On July 27, I wrote about Podzinger -- a free online tool for making the words spoken in your online audio content searchable and findable.

A couple of days later E-Media Tidbits reader Anthony Anderson left a comment on that post mentioning several other resources to index and build traffic to online audio and video. (Thanks, Anthony!) In case you didn't see his comment, here's his list of recommendations:

• Blinkx: Keyword searching of audio and video. Submit your site to Blinkx.
• Podscope: Audio/video search engine. Like Podzinger, but it's been around longer. Podscope powers AOL's podcast search. Submit your site to Podscope.
• TVeyes: Fee-based service (real-time transcript searching of network TV, local stations, NPR, and more). Parent of Podscope. Also offers a free keyword search service for full text (transcript search) of Web-based news video.
