Web 2.0 and XML Explained

Let's have a show of hands. How many out there really know what to make of Web 2.0? Thought so.

But how many of you have heard the expression from some fortysomething marketing guy? And it turned out to be a video service with a comment field underneath? Yeah. Thought so.

And how about XML? Well, I'm not going there.

Let me instead draw your attention to this video posted on YouTube (whaddayaknow!). It's made by Michael Wesch, associate professor of cultural anthropology at Kansas State University. While it may not have the potency of the Epic 2015, it relies less on predictions and prophecies and more on explaining how it all works.
