Aman Batheja, who interned at Rolling Stone for five months in 2001. On the TV show, "I'm From Rollling Stone," interns get great assignments even though some have no journalism experience. "The reality-show casting formula -- abrasive personalities and model good looks -- won out [over talent]," writes Batheja.
