Among the 100 or so people who registered as press at the South by Southwest Interactive Festival, very few were from traditional media, reports Dan Fost. Festival director Hugh Forrest tells him: "I've come to terms with the fact it's really hard to get the mainstream press to cover what we do at South by Southwest Interactive. But the new media press was here in full force and online and in the blogosphere. The message certainly gets to our audience."
