The Medill School of Journalism would offer foreign students an undergraduate curriculum similar to the one at Northwestern's Evanston campus. Classes could begin as early as September, reports Jodi S. Cohen. Qatari officials also approached Boston University and the University of Missouri about opening a journalism school, but Northwestern probably is within weeks of signing an agreement.
