At a WHYY staff meeting, "Radio Times" host
Marty Moss-Coane told the Philadelphia public radio station's CEO,
Bill Marrazzo, that "one of the reasons morale here is so low is that your salary is so large compared to everyone else's." The exec responded: "I work very hard for my salary." "So do a lot of people here," his employee fired back. Marrazzo's current salary is $430,786, while award-winning reporters at the station earn less than $40,000 per year, reports
