Harbinger Capital Partners, which controls less than 5% of New York Times Co. stock, says it will try to elect four directors to the Times board. The hedge fund also has nominated three candidates for election to Media General's nine-member board. Harbinger owns or controls voting rights to 21% of the Media General's Class A common stock. || Related
