More than 1,000 people have complained to the Washington Post about its website's new conservative blogger,
Ben Domenech, who recently referred to
Coretta Scott King as a "communist." (He's also
accused of plagiarism.) WashingtonPost.com executive editor
Jim Brady says Domenech is "controversial" and the fact that liberals object to his hiring "shouldn't really be a shock to anybody." ||
Joe Conason: "For now it looks like the paper hired the love child of
Janet Cooke and
Donald Segretti."
