Linda Foley says McClatchy isn't letting Yucaipa see financial information that other bidders for KR's "orphans" have been allowed to examine. "Because neither Yucaipa nor our financial advisors at Duff & Phelps and Ownership Associates have been given access to the financial information required to fully complete our bidding process, we will need a reasonable amount of time from next Tuesday’s bid date to complete our financial due diligence," says Foley.
