Missed appointments
A local university asked me to come in this week to give students practice interviews.

Ms. 9 a.m. was there, well-prepared and early. But where was Ms. 10 a.m. and where was Ms. 11 a.m.? They didn't show or call the career services people who set it all up. I spent the morning reading clips I had in my backpack.

Twice burned, I'll be reluctant to go back to that university.

People who can't make appointments should make calls out of consideration to other students, if not to the recruiters.
