Over the years, The New Yorker has rarely given its website much thought. The production couldn’t even be called “shovelware” since only a few articles from the print magazine ever appeared online. So you can imagine how thrilled I was to see Philip Gourevitch provide an audio interview for The New Yorker from the Democratic National Convention. Now I only wish it hadn’t taken three clicks to access this useful multimedia content.
