Gabbie Puzon

Gabbie Puzon is a masters student at the mass communication program at California State University Northridge (CSUN). She works as a communications coordinator at the Health Equity Research and Education (HERE) Center, a center at CSUN dedicated to addressing health disparities in the San Fernando Valley. In the past, she has worked on news literacy and voter literacy projects on campus, including the California Voter Forum, CSUN’s first voter-based forum. Through her work, she started seeing how students wanted to be more actively involved in the democratic process.
