Disinformation travels fast! With that in mind, MediaWise and Noticias Telemundo have teamed up again to create a course specifically informing you about the dangers of misleading information, and how to avoid it.

This free course focuses on misinformation on the radio, our biases, and how charts can be misleading. 

For example, José Díaz-Balart, anchor for MSNBC News, NBC Nightly News and Noticias Telemundo, walks you through strategies to identify misinformation online and how to find trustworthy sources. Julio Vaqueiro, presenter for Noticias Telemundo and an ambassador for MediaWise en Español, explains what confirmation bias is and how to find ways to overcome our prejudices.
