How can I update my email address if the system doesn’t save it?
If the system does not recognize or save your new email address, reach out to us at info@poynter.org for further help.
Some users have multiple accounts and your new email address may already be in use in a secondary account. You can not use the same address on multiple accounts.
We will check the system and update your account if possible and send you instructions to regain access to your account.
