How do I access my course?
You will need to be logged in to your user account to access your course.
- If you have just completed your enrollment (payment), you can click on the Start Course button that pops up on your screen as soon as your enrollment is complete.
- If you are coming back to the course at a later time, look for the My Courses link next to your username at the top right of most Poynter.org pages.
- You can also bookmark the Introductory Certificate course path page or the Intermediate Certificate course path page. (Remember to log in before accessing the course lesson pages).
- If you stayed in the older versions of the Poynter ACES Certificate courses, you can still access the introductory course homepage and the intermediate course homepage for a bit longer.
If you have completed your enrollment and received a confirmation email and still do not have access to your course pages, please reach out to us at info@poynter.org.
