I can not access a course I purchased. What happened to it?
- The majority of our courses have a 365-day (1-year) access limit. If it has been over a year since your enrollment or purchase, you may have lost access to it and the system will redirect you back to the enrollment page.
- In some instances, some users have multiple accounts (e.g., work email, personal email). It may be that the course was purchased on a different account than the one you are currently on.
