Beck Barnett

Beck is a sophomore at the University of Pittsburgh studying political science and journalism, in addition to music theory and American Sign Language. They’ve been working with MediaWise for over a year as an intern and with the Teen Fact Checking Network, and love doing various forms of advocacy work. In their free time, they love watching baseball, writing handwritten letters and drinking Dr Pepper. They hope to one day be a journalist covering politics at the state level or work at a nonprofit.
