Benjamin Williams has provided policy expertise in redistricting to state legislators and their staff for the National Conference of State Legislatures. He’s researched existing election laws in all 50 states and provide insights on emerging trends in the law. Benjamins written about election law for both professional and lay audiences and he’s educated legislators and staffers on the legal and technical requirements for redistricting in their state.
He has a J.D. from William & Mary Law School and a bachelor’s degree in both international relations and history, with a minor in Latin American Studies, from Tulane University.
