Carmen Castro-Pagán

Carmen Castro-Pagán is a team lead covering legal developments at Bloomberg Industry Group, in Arlington, Virginia. She was previously a deputy team lead for a group of reporters and editors who cover litigation in federal and state courts. Before that, Castro-Pagán was a legal reporter covering employee benefits. She received a B.A. in political sciences from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras campus, a J.D. from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico School of Law, and an LL.M. from the American University Washington College of Law. Prior to joining BINDG, she worked as an associate attorney in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
