Dalia Colon

Dalia Colon is the author of The Florida Vegetarian Cookbook and the host and executive producer of “The Zest” podcast from WUSF, Tampa Bay’s public radio station. She’s also an associate producer and co-host of WEDU Arts Plus on Tampa Bay’s PBS TV channel. Before moving into public media, Dalia worked at the Tampa Bay Times as a reporter and Cleveland Magazine as an assistant editor.
