Jon A. Sale

Jon Sale is a white-collar criminal defense attorney in Miami. His government work has included serving as an assistant U.S. attorney in New York’s Southern District and in the District of Connecticut. He also was the first assistant U.S. attorney in Florida’s Southern District.

Sale, who served as an assistant special Watergate prosecutor, was a member of Gov. Ron DeSantis’ transition advisory committee on public safety and a member of former Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi’s transition team. Sale has often appeared as a legal analyst on national cable television and radio shows, including Fox News, CNN, Fox Nation, NPR and “The Sean Hannity Show.” He is an opinion contributor for The Hill, a national political news outlet.
