Rigel Lugo

Rigel Lugo is a sociologist, researcher and graphic artist. She graduated from the University of Puerto Rico in Río Piedras, studied at the doctoral level in the Complutense University of Madrid and pursued advanced studies at the Oñati International Institute for the Sociology of Law, in the Basque Country, Spain. She has vast experience in editing, program management, development, grant writing and operations.
