What steps has your school taken to
be environmentally friendly? How much energy will it save? What else
could be done and what would it cost?

This springs to mind after reading
one of Al Tompkins’ columns, this one about arilines eliminating paper
ticket jackets. Here’s what Tompkins wrote:

“Change” is the word around the airline ticket counter these days. The latest change is
that Delta is going to stop handing out those paper ticket jackets into
which they stuff your boarding passes. I don’t know where you will
stick your baggage receipt.
