Chicago Tribune release | Chicago Tribune
The Tribune says total news space in the print edition is now greater than it was five years ago. The paper’s top execs tell readers that today’s debut “enhanced” edition has eight additional full news pages: Four in Main News for Chicagoland, Nation & World and Opinion; two in Business; and two in A+E.
We’ve added depth, dimension and range to our news report. That means more coverage on the topics you asked for. We’ve strengthened the newspaper for readers who are serious about their news and love their daily experience with the newspaper.
It’s been reported that the Tribune is charging more for the enhanced edition, but a price increase isn’t mentioned in today’s paper.
