The New York Times

A video accompanying Christine Haughney’s story about Sergio Kletnoy, assistant to Cosmopolitan Editor-in-Chief Joanna Coles, shows him working as the magazine’s music editor as well as arranging Coles’ schedule and — yes — fetching her coffee. “I don’t have a problem getting someone’s coffee because it’s this job that’s giving me all these other opportunities,” Kletnoy says in the video.

In her article, Haughney writes Kletnoy “dutifully completes his administrative tasks while he blogs, tweets and poses for photographs with the celebrities who pass through.”

While Mr. Kletnoy humors Ms. Coles’s love of Cyndi Lauper, he insisted she meet a more current performer, the pop singer Ellie Goulding, when she arrived in the United States for a tour and more recently with the 14-year-old singer Madison Beer. He also provided the music mix Jennifer Lopez listened to during her fashion shoot for the October cover.

One quite funny moment in this video: Hearing the British boy band The Wanted attempt to croak out an a cappella version of their hit “Glad You Came” at Cole’s request.
