A photo showing the White House surrounded by a towering grey wall spread across social media on and after Election Day. While the White House did put up smaller non-scalable barriers around its perimeter around Election Day, the photo depicting the tall grey wall was not real. The photo of the White House comes from 2009 and was doctored to include the wall, which never actually existed at the White House.
